All orders will be sent using Royal Mail, which on entering your country will be transferred to your country’s standard postal service.

In the rare occasion that the shop is closed for a vacation period, you will be notified by a pop-up on first visiting this website, and also via e-mail after placing an order. Both communications will provide guidance of when you can expect your order to be dispatched.

If your order has qualified for tracked shipping, you will be sent a tracking number via email once your item has been dispatched.
You can track your order on the Royal Mail website. Please note you may be required to sign for the delivery.
If you are located outside the UK, please note there may be additional import taxes that will require payment before you can receive your order; these charges will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay.
These charges are issued by your government and I advise you to check your government’s website for an estimation of how much you may be charged.
I post orders 100% plastic free!
All orders will be packaged safely and securely.
All packaging used is recyclable (including our tape!) so please help the environment by either reusing or recycling your packaging.
Please avoid using sharp objects to open your order and unpack it carefully. Please retain the packaging for a short while in case you may need to return it - or reuse it! All packaging is 100% recyclable.
Your print will arrive wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, but it is advised to not leave your print in storage like this for a long period of time. Please frame it as soon as possible and let it have pride of place on your wall! Feel free to tag me in a post on social media or send me a photo!
It’s a good idea to also place your print in a location where bright sun cannot reach it, or in a room that does not suffer with drastic temperature changes or humidity.
I hope you are overjoyed with your new artwork and following this aftercare advice will allow you to enjoy it for many years to come! All art prints are created with artist quality ink and acid-free archival paper, ensuring the longevity of the artwork.

I’d also appreciate it if you could send me a few photographs detailing the damage, as it will help me when claiming compensation from the postal service.
I will do my best to replace your damaged items as soon as possible, free of charge. If I cannot replace your exact item due to limited stock, I will be in touch with you to arrange either replacing it with an alternative print(s) of your choice (to the value of your original order), or offer you a full refund.
For all art prints, I will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the journey of your order. You can track your order on the Royal Mail website.
In the rare occasion that your order hasn’t arrived in the stated time period, or you believe it is misplaced or lost, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. I will enquire with the postal service in regards to locating your order and claiming compensation.
If confirmed lost, I will endeavour to replace your lost items as soon as possible, free of charge. If I cannot replace your exact item due to limited stock, I will be in touch with you to arrange either replacing it with an alternative print(s) of your choice (to the value of your original order), or offer you a full refund.
During busy periods (such as Christmas) I may ask you to patiently wait a few more days in case it has been delayed due to a busier than normal service.

But if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery, by emailing email@example.com. I can offer to replace your order with an alternative print(s) of your choice (to the value of your original order), or offer you a full refund.
To process a replacement or a refund, you will be required to return your original purchase via a tracked service using protected packaging (reusing the original packaging is appreciated). Any return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility, but I will reimburse the original delivery cost, excluding any customs fees.
Once the order has been returned, I will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are the same as when originally dispatched. Your refund will be issued to the same payment account that was used at checkout. If the returned item has been used or damaged by the customer, this will be reflected in the refundable amount.
Best efforts have been made to capture the true likeness of all artwork and items featured on this website. Multiple images are also provided to give you a fair representation of the artwork. Digital screens will vary though, so please allow for slight changes in colour when comparing photographs to the physical item. Each print has also been created by hand, so there may be small variations from print-to-print.
Item specifications are provided on each listing, such as size of the print area, the size of the paper, and the paper type. This is to help assist you in making your purchase, so you can size up the print for the wall location you have in mind, or to source an appropriate frame and mount to fit.
All art prints are editioned and will only make it into the edition after intense scrutiny and quality checks by the artist. All items are created using high-quality materials which are carefully selected and sourced.
